The same requirements and fee apply to both. Photos are only needed for an Individual Civil Status Record.
Required documents
Please bring the following to your appointment:
1. Lebanese identification
One of the following:
- An old Individual or Family Civil Status Record (Ikhraj Kayd)
- A Lebanese passport
- A Lebanese National Identity Card (Hawiya)
2. Australian identification
A valid Australian passport or a valid Australian driver’s licence. Must not be expired.
3. Photos (Individual record only)
Three (3) recent passport-style photos, 4.5 x 3.5 cm.
